GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS
Scope of Submissions
Submissions must be related to sport, health, and technology applied to tennis. They may include research, project results, studies, theoretical reviews, experiences, or innovative practices.
Originality
All submitted communications must be original works that have not been previously published or accepted in other venues and/or congresses.
Presentations format
· Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be allocated 30 minutes, including some minutes for question time.
Submission Process
· Submissions must be made exclusively through the dedicated form available on the congress webpage.
· Abstracts must be a maximum of 500 words.
· The complete format requirements are available in the presentation submission template.
· All submissions must be written and presented in English.
- Evaluation and Selection
· The Scientific Committee will evaluate all abstracts.
· Authors will be notified of the evaluation results once all submissions have been reviewed.
· The best-evaluated abstracts will be required to present a live oral communication at the International Conference Sport, Health and Technology by Carlos Alcaraz Academy onsite event. Those selected must also be registered.

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
· Innovation: Novelty and originality in sport, health, and technology applied to tennis.
· Scientific Rigor: Quality and depth of research, methodology, and analysis.
· Relevance: Contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
· Practical Application: Potential impact on sports practice, training, or health.
· Clarity and Structure: Organization, coherence, and readability of the submission.
